Privacy notice

Nazafa Environmental Services (“Nazafa”, “we”) runs www.nazafa.net. This notice explains what information the website collects and how we use it. We handle personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Visiting the website

When you browse the site, we record which pages are viewed. To count visits without identifying you, the site creates a random visitor ID and a random session ID and stores them in your browser. They contain no name, email, phone number or IP address. With each page view we receive:

  • those two IDs
  • the page address
  • the website you came from (domain only)
  • your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop)
  • the time

We use this only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The visit statistics are stored on Nazafa’s own systems and kept for 24 months. We don’t use advertising trackers or sell any data.

You can delete these IDs at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for nazafa.net.

2. Contact forms, WhatsApp, phone and email

  • The Contact, Request a Quotation and Careers forms don’t send or store anything on this website. When you press send, WhatsApp opens with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send the message.
  • Information you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email (for example your name, company, contact details, project details or CV) is used only to reply to you, prepare a quotation, or consider your application. Enquiries and job applications are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
  • WhatsApp is run by Meta, and messages sent through it are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal data. We share it only when needed to answer your enquiry, or when the law requires it.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask to:

  • be told how we use your data
  • get a copy of it
  • correct it
  • have it deleted when we no longer need it

You can also withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, email info@nazafa.net. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
